Processing & Production Time
All products are made-to-order to reduce waste and support sustainable production.
Production typically takes 3-7 business days after an order is placed.

Shipping Time
United States: 5-12 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7-14 business days
Canada & Australia: 7-15 business days
Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak demand periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.
If the address is incorrect, we cannot guarantee delivery or refunds.

Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost / Stolen Packages
If a package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
We will assist when possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Made to Order / No Stock
All items are made to order. This allows us to offer more unique designs and reduce waste.

Returns & Exchanges
Since all products are custom-printed when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or buyer’s remorse.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or print issue, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.
